Who We Are

Immanuel United Church of Christ (IUCC) is a local community of faith, in covenant with the United Church of Christ (UCC) in the Heartland Conference of the Southwest Ohio-Northern Kentucky Association (SONKA). IUCC has been at the same location in Bromley, Kentucky, since 1894.

We come together to praise God with music, scripture and prayer. We receive Communion together. We celebrate Baptisms. We have a monthly Healing & Anointing Service. We “make a joyful noise” with talented musicians and media. We believe that “church” is not a “spectator sport”. We’re called by God to give and serve with our time and talents.
